MEET THE CHEF
Born and raised in Columbus, Jason Compton attended school in both Westerville and Worthington. Jason followed his passions to Scottsdale, Arizona where he graduated with a degree in Culinary Arts and Business Management from Le Cordon Bleu, Scottsdale. Following graduation, Jason returned to Columbus where he began his culinary journey. Working for some of the best chefs in the city, he quickly started putting out some of the best food in the city. After many years working in the culinary industry, the drive to create something unique began to grow. With the support of his closest loved ones he decided that the time was right to open up a concept that was unique, yet familiar to all. The Swimming Hen was born.
